CAMPING RESERVATION INFORMATION AND POLICIES

 

  • RESERVATIONS

Guests are responsible for reservations once a deposit is paid.  Please plan to pay your camping in full for the days you have reserved NO LATER THAN 5 DAYS BEFORE  your arrival. If booked WITHIN 5 days of arrival, full payment for days reserved is required.  SORRY, NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURE and NO SHOWS.

  • DEPOSITS

Arrowhead Resort must receive a deposit equal to the first night’s stay for the base rate plus tax, as well as a floating deposit of $66.00 per site.

  • FLOATING POLICIES

Our camping facilities are a special accommodation for our floating guests.  We expect our camping guests to float with us.  THEREFORE, FLOATING DEPOSITS MAY NOT BE USED TOWARDS CAMPING CHARGES or REFUNDED IF YOU CHOOSE NOT TO FLOAT.

We recommend that you call 918-456-1140 or email us at arrowheadresortok@gmail.com to make your floating reservation as soon as possible. 

We cannot guarantee equipment availability without a floating reservation made prior to your arrival.


**SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS FOR ADVERSE WEATHER CONDITIONS**
We recognize that camping is directly affected by weather conditions.  Therefore, if the weather is adverse for acceptable camping conditions (and not just forecast), we will allow deposit refunds or free date changes within the current floating season.

  • CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

Check-in is at 2:00 p.m. or later.  Check-out is at 12:00 p.m.  We will try to accommodate any time change requests, but all changes must be approved by management.  Extra charges may be assessed for unapproved late check-out.

  • DAMAGE/THEFT POLICY

Upon check-in, a credit card will be required and kept on file until your camping site has been inspected after departure.  Any damages or missing items will be charged to the card.  

PET POLICY

Pets are allowed at camp sites.  However, pets must remain on a leash at all times.

SMOKING POLICY

All facilities are non-smoking.  Smoking is permitted at your camp site.  PLEASE DISPOSE OF CIGARETTE BUTTS PROPERLY.  

  • CAMPFIRES

If your camp site has a fire ring, USE IT!  Fires are ONLY permitted in the rings in the Electric and RV areas.  Primitive campers should try to have a fire where one has been before.  ALL BURN BANS MUST BE OBSERVED.

  • NOISE CONTROL

QUIET HOURS ARE 11:00 P.M. TO 7:00 A.M.   Please respect the rights of other guests.  Radios and conversations must be low enough that they are not heard by the other guests.  If management receives a second complaint, you will be asked to leave without a refund.  SECURITY IS ON SITE WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS.  Security is there to assist with any emergencies and to also enforce quiet hours and appropriate behavior.  AGAIN, YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE WITHOUT A REFUND IF SECURITY DEEMS YOU ARE DISRESPECTING THE RIGHTS OF OTHER GUESTS.

  • RECREATION EQUIPMENT

Basketballs and volleyballs are available at the office.  A deposit is required and will be refunded upon return of the equipment.

  • AMENITIES

PLEASE KEEP THEM CLEAN!!  If the shower house needs attention, please report it to management.

Porto Potties are provided in the primitive area, as well as trash barrels.  All sites have a picnic table.  Please do not take tables from other sites.
