POLICY – CANCELLATION 2018
CABINS, CAMPSITES, and LODGES
Due to the seasonal nature of our business, if you must cancel your confirmed reservation at least 14 days prior to your arrival, Arrowhead will provide an allowance in the amount of the forfeited deposit for use on a future stay within the current floating season. When the new reservation is made, a $20.00 rebooking fee will be charged to the new reservation. No deposits will be held for the following year.
Confirmed reservations cancelled within 14 days from arrival and no shows, will not receive an allowance; and the deposit is forfeited.
Should you need to change your dates, you can reschedule your reservation any time as long as the change is requested at least 14 days prior to your arrival date. A $20.00 processing fee will be assessed. Reservations can only be rescheduled during the current floating season. No deposits will be held for the following year.
There are no refunds/credits for early departure or severe weather conditions. ONLY the floating deposit may be refunded if the river is deemed non-floatable based on the safety standards set by the Illinois River Association. Campers—please see Camping Policy Form for Special Conditions.
Cancellation of a confirmed reservation must be made in writing or through e-mail by the Guest making the original reservation, not a representative of that Guest.
