POLICY – CANCELLATION 2025

 

CABINS, CAMPSITES, and LODGES

If you cancel your confirmed reservation outside of 7 days of your arrival, Arrowhead will allow you to move the date until Sept 30th of the current calendar year.  If it is within 7 days of your arrival you will forfeit your accommodation(s) deposit. The floating deposit will be refunded.

When the new reservation is made a $10.00 rebooking fee will be charged to the new reservation. 

No deposits will be held for the following year.

Confirmed reservations cancelled within 7 days of arrival and no shows, are forfeited.

There are no refunds/credits for early departure or severe weather conditions.  ONLY the floating deposit may be refunded if the river is deemed non-floatable based on the safety standards set by the Illinois River Association.  Campers—please see Camping Policy for Special Conditions.

Cancellation request of a confirmed reservation must be sent via e-mail by the guest who made the reservation, not a representative of that guest.

*FAILURE TO PAY REMAINING DEPOSIT WILL RESULT IN YOUR RESERVATION BEING CANCELLED.
