LODGING RESERVATION INFORMATION AND POLICIES

  • RESERVATIONS

Guests are responsible for reservations once a deposit is paid.  Please plan to pay your lodging in full for the days you have reserved no later than 5 days BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL. There are NO REFUNDS once a deposit is paid; Also Includes EARLY DEPARTURE, BAD WEATHER, OR NO SHOWS.

PET POLICY

Dogs only are allowed inside our accommodations

EXCEPT the Manor and Cottage

Dogs are $25 per reservation(no refunds) including a $150 cleaning deposit. Once the accommodation has been cleaned and no issues are found the deposit will be refunded to the Credit Card on file. Please allow 48 hours after checkout for the refund to show up.

DEPOSITS

Arrowhead Resort must receive a deposit equal to the cabin nightly rate plus tax, as well as a floating deposit. A reservation is not guaranteed and subject to cancellation until the deposit is paid in full.

FLOATING POLICIES

Our lodging facilities are a special accommodation for our floating guests.  We expect our lodging guests to float with us.  THEREFORE, FLOATING DEPOSITS MAY NOT BE USED TOWARDS LODGING CHARGES OF REFUNDED IF YOU CHOOSE NOT TO FLOAT.

We recommend that you call 918-456-1140 or email us at arrowheadresortok@gmail.com to make your floating reservation as soon as possible.  We cannot guarantee equipment availability without a floating reservation made prior to your arrival.

  • CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. or later.   Check-out is no later than 10:00 a.m.

KEY DEPOSIT
A $20.00 key deposit is required for each key.  Deposit will be returned when key is returned upon check-out.

  • DAMAGE/THEFT POLICY

Upon check-in, a credit card will be required and kept on file until your cabin has been inspected after departure.  Any damages or missing items will be charged to the card.  If the housekeeping staff finds the cabin excessively dirty, we will charge the extra time spent cleaning to the credit card. 

  • SMOKING POLICY

All facilities are non-smoking.  If smoking is found in your cabin, your credit card will be assessed a $150.00 freshening fee.  Smoking is permitted outside on porches and decks.

  • CABIN AMENITIES

Linens and pillows are not furnished for bunk beds.  Towels are also not furnished.  BRING YOUR OWN!!

Pots, pans, dishes and silverware are not furnished.  Disposable plates and silverware are recommended. Cabins have microwaves and coffee pots, as well as charcoal grills.

EXCEPTIONS –

Please refer to the specific Amenities Sheet if lodging in the Manor or Cottage.

  • NOISE CONTROL

QUIET HOURS ARE 11:00 P.M. TO 7:00 A.M.   Please respect the rights of other guests.  Radios and conversations must be low enough that they are not heard by the other guests.  If management receives a second complaint, you will be asked to leave without a refund.  SECURITY IS ON SITE WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS.

  • RECREATION EQUIPMENT

Basketballs and volleyballs are available at the office.  A deposit is required and will be refunded upon return of the equipment.
